Find your code

Open Promo codes in the program portal. Copy the code exactly and review its discount, expiry, redemption limits, and any product restrictions.

Create or share

If your program allows personal code creation, use the available control and wait for the result before promoting it. Otherwise, use an assigned code. Include the applicable offer conditions alongside your promotion.

Check credit

Code redemptions can attribute sales to you under the program rules. A customer discount and your commission are different amounts. If a code is rejected, confirm the expiry, qualifying products, and limits. For missing credit, contact the program manager with the code and an order reference where available; do not request a customer’s payment details.
