Check the portal and email
Affiliate portals use email verification codes, not the business-owner password login. Open your program invitation and enter your registered email. Wrong-email errors can mean a different portal, another registered address, or no membership. Use the program switcher from a workspace you can access. Already registered? Sign in instead.

Resolve code problems
Check spam and spelling. Request a fresh code: only the newest works, and it expires after 10 minutes. Complete any bot check. Google sign-in is available only when enabled. A later sign-in request can simply mean your session expired.

Understand blocked access
Pending means awaiting approval; declined means the application was rejected; deactivated means paused; banned means access removed. Only the program manager can resolve these decisions. Repeated onboarding screens indicate unfinished required steps.
