Check in-app updates

Open the notification bell in your portal. Review new program messages, reward changes, payout notices, and other enabled updates.

Set email preferences

Open notification settings and adjust the email options offered. Depending on the program, these can include message digests, performance bonuses, content rewards, and payout updates. Save changes if the screen requires it.

If an update is missing

Check your registered email, inbox filters, and notification preferences. The program controls which notification types exist, so not every option appears everywhere. Check the relevant reward or payout page for its current status rather than relying only on an email. Ask the manager about a missing program-controlled notification.
