Prepare the tracker
Get the postback URL template from your tracking provider. In the affiliate portal, open Postback URL settings and use the supported event placeholders shown there. Match each field to the receiving tracker’s requirements.

Pass the click reference
Carry your tracker’s click identifier through the supported rsubID parameter on your referral link. Save the postback template in the portal. Check the identifier and placeholder spelling before running a controlled test.
Interpret events correctly
A postback can be sent when an event is created, before approval. It is not proof of a payable commission; declined or refunded activity can still have generated an event. Reconcile against approval status. Keep account secrets out of shared links and support messages. Contact your tracking provider for its receiving configuration.
