From referral to reward
A click can lead to a referred customer or sale. The program reviews eligible activity and creates or approves rewards under its commission rules. A pending reward is not yet ready to be paid.
From reward to payout
Approved rewards can remain subject to a holding period. The program also sets its minimum balance, payout frequency, and supported methods. Review those settings and the status on your Payouts page.

If payment is delayed
Check whether the reward is approved, the holding period is over, the minimum is met, and your payout details are complete. Distinguish a reward awaiting approval from a payout already processing. Ask the program manager about unresolved delays with the payout reference; there is no universal payment deadline for every program.
