Open the switcher
Use the program switcher in your portal’s sidebar to choose another program associated with your email. The cross-program dashboard provides an overview of those memberships.

Review each program
Check its commission plan, referral links, promo codes, and earnings separately. Different programs can use different rules and currencies. Earnings in different currencies are not automatically combined into one converted total.

Find a missing program
Confirm that you are using the email used for that application. A membership under another email will not necessarily appear. Use your original invitation if available, or ask the program manager for the correct portal address. Marketplace access, where available, lets you explore additional programs.
